If your startup is in the pre-seed or seed stage and based in Bosnia, Croatia, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Serbia or Slovenia, and your goal is to enter the US market in the short to medium term, please submit an application below to present to Skok123 Angel Group. Our meetings are held every other month on the first Saturday from 11:00am to 12:00pm US ET (17:00h - 18:00h CET).

For each meeting we invite up to 2 companies to present. The presentation format is:

• 10 minutes presentation

• 10 minutes questions & answers

• 10 minutes without the presenter where the angels discuss the company

We let the company know within a few days about the interest level. There are 3 possible scenarios:

1. We are not interested

2. We are interested but your company is too early, so come back in a few months or a year when more milestones have been achieved

3. We are interested. In this scenario we have a few due diligence calls and if the due diligence is satisfactory we start discussing the terms. If we agree to the terms an investment is made.
